Can I return my personalised or custom print and get a refund?

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or custom made orders unless they are faulty when purchased. Damage caused by the delivery company (Royal Mail or courier service) is not our responsibility, however we will help as best we can.


Can I return my non-personalised print and get a refund?

If you have not received a proof design, and the print has not been customised in any way, you can get in touch to discuss returning the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a resale-able condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, both the cost of shipping and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on the value of the item you are returning, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as that is not within our control. Refunds can not be given if we do not receive the item.


I want to cancel and for you to refund on my order - is that allowed?

If you have placed an order and work has not begun on it, then you are welcome to get in touch.

Once you have recieved a proof copy of a design, then you are no longer eligible to recieve a refund.
