Shipping policy

Who will deliver my order?

The majority of our orders are sent through Royal Mail. Within the UK, orders are sent via the Royal Mail, using their 1st Class option. Delivery throughout Europe and the Rest of the World will be sent via Royal Mail, International Standard option.

Occasionally, larger orders will be sent using a courier service. This will not affect the price you pay for delivery.

Any 'free shipping' promotions will use Royal Mail 2nd Class.

How will my print arrive?

Your print will NOT arrive framed or ready to hang.

Prints sized up to A4 are packaged in paper & sent in a cardboard mailer.

Orders of (or including) A3 prints are rolled, wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a postal tube. When unpacking your A3 print, you may need to roll it back on itself for a short time to allow it to lie flat again.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Made by Katie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, or for any delays caused by the customs process.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Will I have to pay customs charges on my items?

Depending on the value of your order, international deliveries may be subject to customs fees.

Made by Katie is not responsible for any customs charges/fees that occur with orders.
Please consult your relevant governmental department for further information.

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, UK addresses should receive their order within 2-3 delivery days. Please be aware that once we have posted your order, the package is in the hands of the Royal Mail and out of our control.

Shipping estimates may increase during any holidays and peak shopping periods, such as Christmas; please allow additional days in transit for delivery in these instances. If there will be a significant delay in the shipping of your order, we will endeavour to contact you via email; we also display delays on our homepage.

International deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
